The Draconian Museumof Art and History |
Hall of Writings Ampitheater |
The Structure itself is a grand
work of Art, perhaps one of the most inspired and impressive structures
in all Draconia. Facing the East and the Lake of Visions it sybolically
greets the dawn of a New Age.
Passing through the outside Ampitheater created for the Performing Arts the Main Entrance leads to a Central Dome flanked on the north with a Hall for the Written Histories and Legends transcribed from the works of the Druids as well as lesser known works of common Knights, Bards, and Scholars of the Empire. To the South is a Hall for the Visual Arts. Though this collection is small a great effort is now underway to consign works from All the Corners of the Earth. To the West is the Hall of Science
and Alchemy that is still under construction and development.
Within the Great Dome stands a breathtaking
statue of the Legendary Dragon that delivered Draconian from the Hordes
of Westmarch. Towering high above the marble floor with it's wings outstreahed,
neck arched and teeth glaring, the meticulously carved creature evokes
a magestic image of power that is the Heritage of Draconia.
