The Hall of Writings |
Entrance Amphitheater |
Entering the Hall of Writings you see a great many shelves filled with books and scrolls. There are a number of chairs, tables and sofas scattered through the Hall where people are relaxing while they read. Toward the back of the Hall you can see an area where several acolytes and students are buzy transcribing many of the works that have been gathered onto parchment that will eventually be added to collections of works contained here. You may even be able to access the source of the writings before they are transcribed. Though this is very much like a Library, it should not be confused with the Great Library of Soliath. Many of the works here have been transcribed from that Sciptorium, but the Ministry of Culture has gone to great pains to include many of the lesser works of the people of Draconia as well as the works of her allies. Though they have not been arranged in alphabetical order,
you see that there has also been an effort to arrange the books and scrolls
by their subject matter such as Reference and History,
Legends and Tales, Song or
Poetry.
There are many more works yet to be added to the Collection and many more yet to be Written. On past the shelves where the work of Transcribing is Taking place, you find you also have access to many other writings that have yet to be added into the Hall of Writings. The
