Twisted Pride
(a collection of poetry)
Upon Wishing I Could Start Anew.(Confessions
of a respected theif.)
This is my island-
It is cold and stiff.
I've a log for a pillow,
A gorge for a cliffe.
My sheets are of steel.
My quilt, of fresh veal.
Each star is an image
of how I should feel
Within each tide:
(hints of shimmering teal)
There appears a brass diamond
I just couldn't steal.
Misery
I lay in my Room.
Room...
Doom
Of trajic slips
and break my hips
and kiss my lips.
All I feel is my Doom.
Doom...
Room
I lay in my Room.
I write of my Doom.
and scraps of his gloom.
Of
Solice and discomfort.
Shillings For Rent
A sullen feeling
A stollen thought
Some re-arranged paraphanallia
Rode-kill
Wrote "kill"
Upon their sunken in faces.
And traces
Of fucked humanity.
I suffocated slowely
And through my own mind:
I murdered myself.
It made me yell:
"Shelfish
Are selfish"
As my can breaks
My shall
Land Fall
Land Phill
LaFing at....
Rest
I too
Have my own foolishness
Which they-
(Rightfully)
Beleive to be myself.
What they do not know
Could hurt me.
So I keep it in my vault.
And my vault keeps it in-
Locked. These secrets
That I mourn to tell.
Blind
Perhaps
You were walking
to the Moon.
When I saw you last.
or perhaps it was only
a Fair distance.
That you would travel
Never the less
I would have thought it
Heaven
either way,
If it was you and I'd have been
there.
Left Hand
If you ever come back
If I see you again
If you ever
Forgive me
For having to sin.
If you ever
Rely on me (Open the door)
If you ever
Find greatness in (wanting me more)
Come back.
When You Were Young
It was all too perfect.
you had it all.
had it all figured out.
Understood the world.
Questioned it.
Questioned your boundaries:
Then broke them.
And it was fun wasn't it?
Of course....
Of course not
And it sure sucked didn't it?
You fixed the world,
Obeyed it.
Found your boundaries:
Then stuck to them.
And you had it all figured out.
but you Lost it.
It was, after all, Too Perfect".
Insignificance
I will always
remember that night.
Always remember
all that you've said.
I will always remember
No fights.
All that's broken,
And all in my head.
And Somehow you managed to recall
My
Name
