The List of the Honoured

This is a list of the notables of the Draconian Empire. It is a list to help the new member see who does what, and is not a comprehensive list of the guild. There is also a short background for each character, letting you know exactly how they fit in the grand scheme of things. A list of the awards each member has received is also here.

The Duchy of Dragonspire

In the centre of the Empire, the duchy of Dragonspire is a land of rolling hills and mountains. Within a valley created by the Golden River, atop a great mountain stained red with the blood of heroes, lies the City of Dragonspire. Ancient, traditional capital of the Draconian Empire, it was carved by dragons in the ages before man walked the earth. All roads eventually end in Dragonspire, and it is here that the Imperial Court resides, and wields the tools of power.

Haldir, Emperor of Draconia

The second Emperor of Draconia, he rules from Dragonspire Keep. He was once the Praetor, and he was the one who made sure the Empire didn't crumble during the Draconian Revolution. In the land, he is also known as Pyros, as a result of his possession by the Angel of Fire during the Battle of Dragonspire. He is also the Duke of Dragonspire

Stryfe, Knight of Dragonspire

Sir Stryfe is a noble combatant, noted for his victories against the darkness that has engulfed Enchantica Forest

Gray_Eagle, Knight of Dragonspire

A former Knight of Truth, this man has immigrated from the south.

Klenthi, Knight of Dragonspire

A half-elf, raised in the depths of Enchantica Forest, he has journeyed to Dragonspire Keep to become a knight, to make a difference in the fight against the dark.

K9Lupus, Knight of Dragonspire

A recruit, new to battle, but quick to learn

Hadin, Knight of Dragonspire

A grizzled veteran of war, yet new to the service of the Dragon and the Sun.

The Duchy of Enchantica

Enchantica is truly in need of heroes; Once the most beautiful duchy in the realm, covered by a vast forest of emerald trees and azure skies, Enchantica is now dark with the plague of evil. Many of her bravest knights were killed in battle, when the demons arose from their lairs deep under the earth, and swarmed forth, to destroy city after city. The capital of Drak Yardok was destroyed, and Duke Valiant barely escaped with his life. Now, an army is massing in Dragonspire, to try to quell the demonic infestation.

Valiant, Chancellor of Draconia

Is also the Duke of Enchantica, a vast forest to the east. He is a great warrior and mystic, though he his land has been troubled lately by rumours of attacks by creatures of the dark.

The Duchy of Nova Q'lynnesti

Nova Q'lynnesti is forest duchy, much like Enchantica was, yet radically different. Nova Q'lynnesti is on the western border, beside the sparkling sea. The City of Soliath is the capital of this realm, and it is the home of the Druidic Order. People come from far and wide to seek the knowledge of the druids, and many people of different lands and cultures call Soliath home. The forest is still untamed, and many mystical creatures, and bands of wild elves reside within its leafy boundaries.

Onaeus, Praetor of Draconia

Is also the Patriarch of the Druidic Order, as well as the Duke of Nova Q'lynnesti. He is an man who appears to be in his late forties, with a long grey beard, and long grey hair, and a merry twinkle in his blue eyes. He is always clothed in the white robes of a priest of Kala, and continually communes with her. His story is partially told in the Hall of Memories.

Lady Malinalda, Baroness of Soliath

Also known as the Hooded One, Lady Malinalda is a powerful druid in the Temple of Kala. True to tradition, the Baron of Soliath is a member of the Druidic Order.

Zungar, Knight of Soliath

Sir Zungar is a brave knight, who is quick with tongue and blade; though sometimes the former is faster than the latter. He is a brave warrior. He has been awarded the Medal of Valour

The Duchy of the Northern Reaches

Blasted by the cold winds from the arctic, the Northern Realms rarely feels the warmth of spring, nor enjoys the bountiful harvests of the other duchies. For centuries, the Keeper of the Ancients ruled this land from his lonely castle. However, now the Keeper is old and dying, and a new Duke had to be chosen. Pug has chosen to take on this awesome responsibility, as the solitude and harshness of this land could drive one insane. Only the hardiest of warriors can stand the cold, the long nights, and the fierce mountain trolls... not to mention the hordes of orcs that periodically spill out from their caves.

Pug, Duke of the Northern Reaches

Pug (also known as the Jester of Death)is a warrior that has recently returned from the carnage of the Draconian Revolution. At the moment he is a wandering knightly sorceror, lordless, yet he has an uncanny knack to be at the right place at the right time... Lord Pug has earned the Medal of Valour and the Medal of Dedication.

The Duchy of the Lakelands

Situated around the Lake of Visions, the Lakelands is a land of grasslands and pleasant meadows, of gentle shorelines, and rugged foothills to the south. The two cities, Drak Lellwyn, and Drak Tauros, though close together, are as different as night and day. Drak Lellwyn is a city of culture and the arts, a friendly city, full of friendly people. The capital, however, Drak Tauros, is the base for the Southern Imperial Legion, and it is a city built for, and ruled by, the military. The city coordinates the efforts of the border castles in the southern mountains, and acts as one of the greatests blocks against the incursions against the armies of Westmarch. However, during the Draconian Revolution, many rebels fled to this area, depleting the warriors loyal to the Crown. Many more are needed before the Lakelands are up to full strength again

Stein, Duke of the Lakelands

Lord Stein grew up wandering from town to town in the Lakelands, and in so doing picked up a number of useful skills, and a knack for surviving. Duke Stein is possessed of a desire to aid those not strong enough to aid themselves, and is resourceful enough to provide that aid. Stein is the greatest warrior in the Empire, attaining the coveted title of Imperial Champion after only a short time. Truly, the Light shines upon him. He has the medals of Valour and of Teaching, as well as the Champions' Medallion.

Coroner, Knight of the Lake

The mysterious sir Coroner is a new warrior that has joined sir Stein in his travels across Draconia. His skill with the blade must be impressive, for sir Stein tolerates not companions that he must protect while in the bowels of the underworld. Sir Coroner has the Medal of Valour.

The Duchy of the Coastlands

The Coastlands encompass the entire eastern coast, from the southern edge of the Forest of Nova Q'lynnesti, to the southern base of the Great Penninsula. Though sparsely populated, it is the breadbasket of the Empire. The people of this duchy are salt-of-the-earth, and honest to all. The capital of the duchy is the city of Drak Kalthorne.

Darkar, Duke of the Coastlands

Darkar started his distinguished career in the city of Soliath, where he served as the personal Bloodknight of Praetor Onaeus. Soon, his ability was recognized, and he was promoted to be the Baron of Soliath. During his long and prosperous tenure as the lord of the city, he became apprenticed to Onaeus for instruction in the druidic arts. Now that he has become a full druid of the Order, he was deemed worthy to lead his own duchy. Lord Darkar has recieved the Medal of Valour, and the Medal of Knowledge.

Oblivion, Baron of Drak Kalthorne

A courtier of Dragonspire for many years, this young noble has recently become the baron of a prosperous shipping-city. May he bring it to its full potential.

Frosty, Elder

Frosty was once the Duke of the Coastlands, and was the Imperial Herald. His words inspired us all to great achievements. Now, he has retired from the rigors of the aristocracy, to become an Elder.

Cryos, Elder

Cryos is also the Keeper of the Ancients, a sorceror who has lived for centuries guarding the last few dragons existing in the land. He is rarely seen, but when he is, he is always accompanied by the magnificent dragon, Pentic. Cryos has the Medal of Knowledge
